Terms of Service for DPN App
These Terms of Service govern your use of DPN App, associated Deeper Network download pages, account services, subscriptions, and related user-facing service features.
By downloading, accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy that accompanies them.
If you use the service for an organization, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Deeper Network entity providing the service to you.
You may use the service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or if you are using the service on behalf of an organization with authority to bind it.
You agree that the information you submit during registration, purchase, verification, or support interactions will be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping it up to date where the service requires it.
2. Accounts, credentials, and security
Some features require an account, verified contact details, or a linked device in order to work properly.
You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords, verification codes, session credentials, and any devices or accounts you use to access DPN App. Activity that happens under your account is treated as your activity unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
We may require additional checks before restoring access, changing sensitive settings, or investigating suspected fraud or account compromise.
- Use truthful registration details and keep recovery contact information current.
- Do not share credentials in a way that bypasses the intended service limits or security controls.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect account compromise, unauthorized access, or abusive use tied to your account.
- You remain responsible for activity taken through your account until you report a security issue through an official channel.
3. Plans, billing, renewals, and refunds
Some DPN features are paid services, and pricing, billing cycles, and refund handling may vary by channel.
Subscription plans, pricing, taxes, renewal settings, and available payment methods may differ across the website, app stores, and other authorized channels. If you buy through a third party, that channel may impose additional billing, refund, or cancellation rules.
Where a plan renews automatically, you are responsible for turning auto-renewal off before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue. Pricing changes generally apply prospectively, not retroactively, unless the law requires otherwise.
Refunds, credits, and exceptions are handled according to the purchase channel, the specific offer presented at the time of purchase, and any mandatory local consumer law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DPN App in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive to others or to the service itself.
We expect users to comply with applicable law and to avoid conduct that could expose other users, our infrastructure, our partners, or the public to security, legal, or operational harm.
- Using the service for unlawful activity, fraud, or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempting unauthorized access, scanning, hacking, credential stuffing, or bypassing service restrictions or security controls.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, abusive content, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive material.
- Interfering with network stability, availability, performance, or other users’ access to the service.
- Misusing download, device-binding, or subscription mechanisms to obtain benefits you are not entitled to receive.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software except where non-waivable law expressly allows it.
5. Software license and updates
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited license to use the software and service for their intended purpose.
This license is personal or internal to your organization, non-exclusive, non-transferable except as permitted by law or written agreement, and revocable if you breach these Terms or if access is otherwise lawfully ended.
We may release updates, patches, configuration changes, or feature adjustments to improve reliability, performance, compatibility, and security. Some updates may be required for the service to continue functioning correctly.
6. Third-party services and links
Some parts of the DPN experience may depend on third-party platforms, tools, or websites that we do not fully control.
Payment processors, app stores, social login providers, analytics vendors, support systems, and linked external sites may have their own terms, technical limitations, and privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own rules in addition to these Terms.
We are not responsible for third-party products or websites simply because they are linked from, compatible with, or used alongside DPN App.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with legal requirements.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate some or all of your access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, use fraudulent payment methods, trigger abuse controls, or if continued service would expose us or others to legal or operational harm.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination of access does not automatically erase records we must retain for lawful, billing, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Disclaimers and service availability
DPN App is provided on an as-available basis, and service performance can vary.
We work to keep the service available and useful, but uptime, speeds, regional availability, compatibility, and feature continuity can depend on factors outside our control, including device environment, network conditions, upstream vendors, maintenance windows, app-store delays, and regulatory constraints.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular use case.
9. Liability limits and indemnity
Our responsibility is limited as far as the law permits, and you remain responsible for harm caused by your misuse of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where local law allows a financial liability cap, our aggregate liability for a claim connected to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, costs, and losses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
10. Changes, governing framework, and disputes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves, and disputes are handled under the governing framework applicable to your service relationship unless mandatory law says otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, account communications, or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement says otherwise, disputes relating to your use of the service will be handled under the law and forum associated with the Deeper Network contracting entity or purchase channel that supplied your service. Supplemental feature terms, enterprise agreements, or app-store rules may also affect the dispute process.
